CLW KENYA

Parts & After-Sales

Plan commissioning, manuals, wear parts, warranty communication and maintenance references for Kenya-bound CLW trucks.

Support begins with an accurate build record

Parts identification depends on the delivered chassis, body, pump, valves, hydraulics and optional equipment. The final handover file should connect the vehicle identification to the approved technical schedule.

Recommended handover package

  • Final vehicle and equipment configuration
  • Operator and maintenance instructions in English
  • Lubrication and inspection points
  • Wear-part and filter references
  • Electrical, hydraulic or pneumatic diagrams where applicable
  • Warranty scope and claim procedure

Initial spares should follow the duty

A water bowser drawing from open sources may need more pump-protection and filtration consumables. A refuse compactor has different seals and wear points from a refrigerated body. We recommend a project-specific first spares list rather than a generic kit.

Warranty communication

Record the fault, vehicle identification, operating hours or mileage, photos/video, diagnostic observations and the affected part. Warranty coverage and remedies follow the signed agreement; consumables, misuse and unauthorised modifications may be treated differently.

Local capability

No Nairobi warehouse, local stock or resident service team is claimed on this site. If a project requires on-site commissioning, training or dedicated local stock, include it as a priced and confirmed contract item.
